The keto diet has been a life-changer for me. At 40 years old, and the mom to a 2-year old, I have the energy and arguably the body of a 25-year-old. I have lost 25 pounds and have more energy, no more joint pain, and no more “mom-brain”!

Keto offers an array of benefits, you can read more about that here, and I am so thankful I tried it! Over time I have come to find my favorite/staple products I keep on hand to make my keto life easy. And all of these products are available on Amazon!

Amazon has become my go-to place to get just about everything, especially keto snacks and gadgets. If I can click a button and have something delivered sign me up! Shopping with a toddler can be unpredictable,  plus it gives me time to do other things. Things like getting outside, working out, or blogging! So let talk keto product’s shall we!

#1

Macadamia Nuts

I LOVE MACADAMIAS! Macadamia nuts are the best nut for keto dieters as they are only 1g net carb. Surprisingly other nuts can add up with carb amounts. Not to mention they are the best kind of fat, monosaturated and are loaded with essential vitamins and minerals. They’re also rich in iron and vitamin B6. These are so so delicious as a snack or to add to a salad or even over an entree.

#2

MCT Oil

This is a staple in my daily diet as well. MCT is unique in that it bypasses digestion and is immediately available for energy in the form of ketones. This is so helpful especially when you are just starting out on keto. In addition to that is has anti-microbial properties, helps with fat loss, helps brain function, and keeps you satiated for hours. This is great if you are trying to incorporate intermittent fasting. MCT oil can be added into coffee, smoothies, or makes a great salad dressing.

#3

Lilly’s Chocolate Chips

These are how I can stay keto but still satisfy my sweet tooth! Lily’s has the best sugar-free chocolate chips. They are sweetened with stevia, vegan, and non-GMO. I use these in protein mug cakes, keto chocolate chip cookies, or have a handful when I am in the mood for chocolate. These are a must-have in your keto-pantry! Trust me!

#4

Lakanto Munkfruit Sweetener

Lakanto sweetener is another must-have for keto baked goods. This sweetener is a combination of non-GMO erythritol and monk-fruit. It tastes exactly like sugar, no joke! Read the reviews and you will see! No funky aftertastes like other zero-calorie sweeteners. It’s a cup-for-cup replacement for sugar and a perfect sugar substitute in whatever keto treat you want to bake!

#5

Birch Benders Keto Pancake Mix

I love my typical keto breakfast of eggs and bacon but every once and a while(on a cold winter morning) it is so nice to have something sweet instead. The macros on these are great! Two pancakes are just 5 net carbs. You can add blueberries, or Lily’s Chocolate Chips or use this mix to make waffles too!

#6

Orgain Keto Protein (chocolate)

If I had to describe the taste of this protein powder I would say it tastes like a melted Wendy’s frosty. I have yet to find another protein powder that tastes as good as Orgain’s Keto Protein. Not to mention it is packed with so many goodies!

Look at these ingredients:

COLLAGEN PEPTIDES

COCONUT MEDIUM CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES

ORGANIC NATURAL FLAVORS

ACACIA GUM

SEA SALT

ORGANIC STEVIA

It helps with ketone levels, hair, skin, energy, and did I mention how yummy it is? I use this to make a spinach smoothie or to make a yummy mug cake at night!

#7

Quest Cookies

I think it’s starting to become pretty clear I have a BIG sweet tooth! And thankfully Quest comes to the rescue when I don’t want to ake or need something on the go. I do like to eat whole foods most of the time, but allow a keto-treat in once a day. These cookies are delicious. The macros are great with 15g protein, 4g net carbs and less than 1g of sugar. Amazon has the best cost I have found, averaging about $1.50 per cookie.

#8

Electrolytes

I have mentioned these electrolytes before and for good reason! They came in clutch when I was first starting keto. When you first eliminate carbs, you lose a lot of water weight and electrolytes. This supplement really helped to rehydrate my cells, give me energy and get me thru those first couple weeks of keto. I still love drinking it, as it’s a great source of magnesium, which keto dieters need. Also, so many people are deficient in magnesium and don’t realize it. Magnesium can help energy, insomnia, anxiety, muscle pain, blood pressure and so much more. This powder is also a great way to give some exciting flavor to your water!

The last two are not food items but make cooking your keto foods so easy!

#9

Spiralizer

This little gadget is under $10 and lets you make your own zoodles, or any other veggies noodle, in minutes. Your perfect keto “spaghetti” and meatballs meal. I have purchased pre-made zoodles before but making your own is such a cost saver. One 10 ounce package of zoodles is about $6 compared to 1b fresh zucchini at $1.20. This particular spiralizer is super compact, and stores away easily until you need it!

#10

Air Fryer

I use this guy almost every day! An air-fryer is so versatile. You can cook meats, fish, veggies, pizza, and even cake. I love re-heating things with this too! The size of this air-fryer is great for family potions, but I will also link a smaller version. Air-fried vegetables are delicious, and the cooking time is so fast! My favorite is tosing Brussel sprouts with oil, salt, and pepper and throwing them in the fryer for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. It would take 25-30 minutes in a conventional oven! We all have such busy schedules and this really helps to be able to make a healthy meal without having to spend hours in the kitchen!

I wish I could say this is all I buy from Amazon but my boxes would tell a very different story! These are just some of the things I love to keep on hand to make keto life easy, tasty, healthy, and fun! I would love to hear your favorites!

Or let me know if you have tried anything listed here!
